Granary, now haybarn and store. C17, altered mid C19. Timber framed with part brick, part rendered infill, brick replacement walling, some weatherboarding to southwest elevation and plain tiled roof. Two plus one framed bays aligned northeast/southwest, the bay at the northeast end is a mid C19 addition.

Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners of older part, gable end trusses not visible externally. Northeast elevation facing farmyard has double doors inserted in the central bay and interrupting the left brace; upper row of panels is rendered. Loft doors in gable ends. Northeast elevation has two ledged and battened doors in the older part and a loft door in the C19 bay.

Interior: roof has collar and tie-beam trusses with struts and a single tier of trenched purlins.
