Farmhouse. Early C19 with late C19 alterations and additions. Brick with slate roof and brick end stacks. Three storeys and cellar with cogged eaves cornice; three bays; windows are all glazing bar sashes with gauged flat heads; ground-floor windows have side lights and second-floor windows are single-hung six-pane sashes; four repaired sandstone steps lead up to the central entrance which has a hood canopy on consoles, deeply fluted pilasters, a six-panelled door, four panels of which are raised and fielded, panelled reveals and a barred, segmental fanlight.

Interior not inspected.

A late C19 two-storey wing adjoins the left side elevation.
