3/47 Wash house about 30 yards
south-east of Three Wells
GV II
Wash house, now store. Mid- to late C19. Brick, with blue brick dressings
and plain tiled roof. Small, rectangular plan. Single storey. Entrance in
north-east gable end, 3-light latticed casement in north-west side elevation,
both with cambered heads; also small rectangular light in south-east side
elevation; bartizan style octagonal chimney at south-west gable end. Included
for group value forming a significant visual link between Three Wells (qv)
and the Old Manor (qv).
