House. Mid-C17, remodelled mid-C20. Timber-framed with brick infill; plain tiled roof. Three framed bays aligned east/west with external C20 chimney at east gable end. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: three rows of panels from sill to wall-plate; short straight braces across upper corners, collar and tie-beam truss with two struts to collar at west gable end.

North front elevation: windows are all C20 casements; ground floor has two two-light windows; attic lights in gable ends. Main entrance in C20 timber-framed, single storey and attic addition to left of front elevation.

Interior: main beams are stop-chamfered.

The house was once part of the Bearcroft Estate.
