Former detached kitchen about 4.5 metres north of Ostlers Meadows Farmhouse

Detached kitchen. Probably late C18, altered mid-C19. Part timber-framed with brick infill, part brick, plain tiled roof. Two bays aligned north/south with brick stacks at north end of ridge. Single storey.

Framing: mainly rectangular panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners and collar and tie-beam truss at south gable end with four struts to collar and V-strut in apex; north gable end and east wall are rebuilt in brick. East side elevation has casement window and entrance; both have cambered heads.

Interior: roof has intermediate king-post truss. Baking ovens and boiler retained.
