Farmhouse. C17, altered and extended late C19. Part timber-framed with brick infill, part brick; plain tiled roofs. T-plan; main part aligned roughly north/ south with central bay projecting to east and having a large chimney; C19 alterations including refronting house with parallel range having two chimneys at junction with older part. Two storeys, attic and cellar with dentilled eaves cornice.

Framing: five panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces across lower corners of first floor, collar and tie-beam trusses with two collars, three struts to lower collar and two to upper collar.

Front elevation to south-west: three bays, all windows have cambered heads, outer bays have three-light casements, central first floor window is a two-light casement; central entrance has moulded architrave, flat canopy, six-panelled door and a transom light with two glazing bars.

Interior not inspected.

A late C19 addition adjoins the older part to the rear north-east.
