(Formerly listd as Barn about 20 yards south of Holmes Farmhouse)

Barn. C18. Timber-framed, weatherboarded with corrugated iron sheeting at south gable end; plain tiled roof. Three framed bays with central wagon bay having midstrey to east elevation and opposed cart entries with double doors. North elevation has a doorway in each outer bay.

Interior: long rectangular panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners; roof has collar and tie-beam trusses with raking struts; trusses are truncated at ends and altered to incorporate king-posts. This small barn with a midstrey has remained largely intact despite late C19 and mid-C20 alterations to the farmstead. Holmes Farmhouse is not included.
