SO 85 NE MARTIN HUSSINGTREE CP STRAND LANE

Cottage. Cl7 with mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed,
rendered infill, thatched roof and large, external rendered brick chimney
to right gable end with tiled offsets and detached stack. Two framed bays
with main entrance in right gable end. Single storey and attic. Framing:
irregular, 2 rectangular panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam
trusses in gable ends with 3 queen struts to collar and a V-strut in apex.
Front elevation: 4 irregularly spaced, C20 casements. Entrance on front
side of chimney at right gable end has a C20 part-glazed door; small
rectangular light on front side of chimney base; attic lights in gable ends.
Interior not inspected. C20 lean-to extension at rear.
