Gate piers and adjoining walls. Early C17, gate piers restored probably
mid- to late C19. Coursed, dressed sandstone rubble with ashlar gate piers.
Wall about 55 yards long and 3 feet high with ridged moulded coping. Gate
piers interrupt wall and are axial with entrance to Dower House (qv); square
piers of banded rustication with moulded capping and ball finials.
