Cottage. Cl7 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed, painted
brick infill and rendered infill, sandstone rubble base, asbestos tiled
roof, moulded brick ridge stack. Two framed bays; single storey and attic.
Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate, short straight braces
in upper corners, collar-and-tie-beam trusses with queen struts. South
elevation has three 2-light casements; single storey C20 extension at left
side; attic lights in gable ends; main entrance in rear north elevation.
Interior not inspected.
