3/140 The Firs

House. Early - mid-C19. Brick, hipped slate roof with red ridge tiles,
end brick stacks. Two storeys; three bays, windows have stone sills,
rusticated lintels and moulded architraves and are all 16-pane sashes;
central entrance has porch with Doric columns supporting entablature with
modillion cornice, pilasters flank door with is 6-panelled, four panels
being raised and fielded and above is a barred segmental fanlight.
