north of Morton Hall

Barn. C17 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame, weatherboarded,
on sandstone plinth, corrugated iron roof. Six framed bays aligned east/
west, with two threshing floors, each one bay in from the gable ends; bay
to east end opened-up to form garage. Framing: two square panels high
with straight tension braces; intermediate trusses: two raking struts.
Morton Hall Farmhouse is not included in this list.
