Farmhouse and garden wall. Early C18 with late C20 alterations. Brick, tile
roof, gable-end stacks. West front: two storeys with attic lit by three
hipped dormers; brick coped verges, moulded brick cornice, brick quoins, bands
to ground and first floor; three windows: two 3-light casements flanking a
2-light casement with brick heads; central entrance with C20 glazed gabled
porch in front of half-glazed door with overlight. Interior: turned balusters
to staircase; most of doors are C18 and have two raised and fielded panels.
Garden wall: brick with stone coping on sandstone plinth, pilaster buttresses,
mounting block to right of entrance.
