4/138 Rush Farmhouse


Farmhouse. C16 with C18 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber-frame
clad in brick with brick extension on sandstone plinth, hipped tile roof.
T-plan, stem extending to north is of three framed bays, with cross-wing
and C18 additions with centrally placed stack. South front: two storeys
with attic lit by hipped dormers to side walls; two windows: 3-light case-
ments; ground floor as above but with segmental heads. Entrance to north-
west angle of T.
