Steps, retaining wall and balustrade. Mid-C19. Ashlar and brick. Flight of
steps placed centrally flanked by retaining walls. Steps have low side wall
with pillars surmounted by ball finials. Balustrade on top of retaining wall
has plain pillars and semi-circular headed openings.
