14/5 Thatched Cottage



House. Late C17 with some mid-C20 restoration. Timber-frame with rendered
infill on stone plinth, thatched roof. Probably two framed bays with central
stack, aligned gable end onto street. One storey with attic lit by a 2-light
casement in the gable. Ground floor has a 3-light casement, with a C20 lean-
to to right containing entrance in corner of right-hand return wall. Framing:
two rectangular panels high, gable above rendered. Included for group value.
