House. C17, extended mid-C19 with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered infill on tall coursed lias plinth with machine tile roof, partly clad in rubble stone and painted brick. Four framed bays with a massive coursed rubble stack to north gable end. Two storeys, irregular fenestration of three two-light casements. Entrance to right of centre has a half-glazed door.

Framing: the two bays to left are three square panels high, the two to the right four square panels high with straight angle braces.
