Farmhouse, now house and attached barn. C17 with mid-C19 alterations.
Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered infill, brick replacement
walling and additions; plain tiled roof. Single framed bay aligned east/
west with rear external brick chimney. Single storey and attic with
dormer. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate; trusses not visible.
South front elevation: ground floor 3-light casement, gabled dormer with
2-light casement and ledged and battened door to left. Interior not
inspected. A single-storey, part timber-framed, part brick wing encloses
the rear chimney. A two-storey brick addition adjoins the east gable end;
the south front elevation has a ground floor 3-light casement and a first
floor 2-light casement. Barn: timber-framed on rubble plinth, weather-
boarded with plain tiled roof continuing main roofline. Single framed bay.
Framing not visible externally. There is a ledged and battened door in the
south elevation. Interior not inspected.
