Farmhouse. Early C17 with mid C19 and mid C20 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick infill, replacement walling and refacing, plain tiled roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south; external chimneys at gable end, the north one is original and of rubble with a bread oven and detached brick stack, the south one is of C19 brick. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam trusses with struts. East front elevation: two ground floor two-light casements, one having a cambered head, three gabled dormers with two-light casements; central C20 lean-to porch, partly glazed, and half-glazed door.

Interior not inspected but said to retain much of its internal framing including roof structure.

Outshut at rear beneath catslide roof.
