House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered infill, brick replacement walling and refacing, corrugated asbestos roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; large external sandstone rubble chimney with offsets and detached brick stack at east gable end. Single storey and attic. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight brace in lower corners at west gable end, collar and tie-bearn trusses with two struts at gable ends, both partly altered. South front elevation: two ground floor 2-light casements; C20 gabled timber-framed porch and ledged and battened door to right of centre. Attic lights in gable ends. Interior not inspected. Lean-to additions at rear.
