House. c1600, restored mid-C20. Timber-framed, painted brick and rendered
infill, cedar shingle roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south, large
chimney to rear central bay with brick stack. Single storey and attic with
dormers. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, short straight braces
in some upper corners, collar and tie-beam truss at north gable end with two
struts, tie-beam truss with lattice struts at south gable end. West front
elevation: two ground floor 2-light casements, 2-light stair window in
central bay, two flat-roofed C20 dormers with 2-light casements; central C20
lean-to brick porch with square light in front elevation and door in left
side. Attic lights in gable ends. Interior: roof and most of framing intact.
C20 single-storey extension at rear.
