House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted
brick and rendered infill, plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned east/
west; external chimney with offsets at west gable end. Single storey and
attic with dormers. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate; tie-beam
truss with V-strut at east gable end. South front elevation: two ground
floor 2-light casements with plank weatherings; two raking-top dormers with
2-light casements; central entrance has a lean-to canopy on shaped brackets
and a ledged and battened door. Interior not inspected but framing said to
be mainly intact. C19 lean-to addition at rear and at east end; the latter
has a ledged and battened door with a cambered head in its south elevation.
