House. C17 with mid C19 and mid C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, raised Welsh slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; large external brick chimney with offsets to east side elevation; also C20 external brick stack to west side. Two storeys and attic.

Framing: four panels from sill to original wall-plate, one additional row added to front and rear; short straight braces in upper corners; collar and tie-beam trusses with struts retained at gable ends. South front elevation: two ground floor three-light casements with plank weatherings, two first floor two- light casements. Attic lights in gable ends.

Interior not inspected.

Main entrance in C20 gabled single storey addition at west gable end. Also lean-to addition enclosing external chimney at east gable end.
