Dairy, converted to servants' quarters, now store, and attached wall.
Mid-C18 with mid-C19 alterations. Brick, plain tiled roof with parapets
at gable ends. Two levels with dentilled eaves cornice. Two bays. North-
west elevation: ground floor level has two 3-light casements with cambered
heads and a square light; upper level has two.2-light casements and a loft
door, all with cambered heads; two tall C19 brick stacks at base of roof
pitch. South-west gable end has a 2-light ground floor casement with a
cambered head, a 2-light and a 3-light casement to the upper level and a
rectangular light in the gable apex. Interior: intermediate king-post roof
trusses and small fireplaces in each bay of upper level. Wall adjoins to
right of south-west gable end and links the dairy to The Claywood (qv). It
is about two yards long and 15 feet high and has a central doorway with a
cambered head. The C19 outbuilding adjoining the north-east gable end of
the dairy is not included.
