House formerly subdivided into two dwellings. Early C19. Coursed dressed sandstone rubble with brick dressings, machine-tiled roof with ridge stack at left end and to right of centre. Two storeys with modillion eaves cornice at rear. Four bays; windows are pointed with Y-tracery; also small ground floor two-light casement between first and second bays; central gabled porch with embattled gable parapet and blind pointed window; pointed archways at each side and ledged and battened entrance doors to each dwelling.
