Farmhouse and attached granary. Late C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations
and additions. Brick, plain tiled roof with stack at left end and rear right
of ridge. Two storeys, attic with dormers and cellar; dentilled eaves cornice.
Three bays; windows are C20 casements in original openings with cambered heads
and ashlar keyblocks; outer bays have 3-light windows on both floors; central
first floor 2-light window; central entrance has glazed double doors with
cambered head. Attic light in left gable end. Interior not inspected.
Main entrance at rear with flat-roofed, glazed C20 porch; also at rear are
two gabled.dormers with 2-light casements and a two-storey C20 addition.
A two-storey C19 addition adjoins the right side elevation with a right end
stack; single bay; ground floor 3-light and first floor 2-light casement;
both have cambered heads. A small single-storey, single-bay wing projects
to left with 2-light casement in gable end. A C20 conservatory is situated
at the right gable end. The granary adjoins the left side elevation; two
levels with dentilled eaves cornice; L-plan with single bay adjoining farm-
house and two-bay front return (the first bay of which is lower in height).
Bay adjoining house has upper level 3-light casement and door beneath; two-
bay return.has attic light in gable end and a ground floor 2-light casement
and door in angle with farmhouse. External steps at rear to upper level door.
