Former granary and stable. Mid-C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Brick, partly hipped plain tiled roof with parapet at east gable end. Two levels with dentilled eaves cornice. Two bays. North elevation: two ground floor and upper level unglazed lunette windows; the ground floor windows have a central mullion; central inserted C20 door. Loft door in east gable end. Ground floor window and stable door, both with cambered heads at east end.

Forms a group with Court Farmhouse (qv), the barn and stables (qv)
and the hop kilns and malthouse (qv).
