5/45 Lugg Bridge


Bridge. 1771, widened 1938. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings.
Three arches, two to west over River Lugg, to east over mill race. North
face 1771, south face 1938. North face: cutwaters between arches, with
each end returned in similar manner. Plain band just above the segmental,
lamost semi-circular, arches linking the keystones. Parapet has a simple
stone coping of segmental section.
