Public house. Early C18 with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame
with rendered infill and hipped tile roof. Gable-end stack to right,
two lateral stacks to rear. Two storeys with attic lit by two hipped
dormers and coved cornice. Three windows, 2-light casements with
rectangular leaded quarries. Ground floor has a C20 square bay window
to right. Entrance slightly to left of centre has a semi-circular wooden
canopy on consoles over a 6-panelled door. C20 inn sign hangs from C18
wrought iron bracket. Framing: four rectangular panels. high to first
floor, two to ground floor. Single-storey C20 painted brick extension to
right.
