9/77 Barn about 50 yards
east of
Court House Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. Probably C18 with later alterations. Sandstone rubble and timber-
frame with weatherboards. Brick dressings. Welsh slate roof. Rectangular
five-bay plan aligned north/south. Two levels. West elevation has three
loft openings set in weatherboarding. Ground floor has wide storey-height
cart-entry to right of centre flanked by two entries. The right one has
segmental brick arch and ledged door adjacent to similarly headed opening.
East elevation has woven infill to top row of framing above weatherboards.
Interior has trusses with two parallel pairs of raking struts. Included
