The following building was de-listed on 25th February 2005.


SO 55 NW House about 50 yards south east of Lit
1422/2/94 tle Wickton

House. Circa Cl7; altered mid-C19; altered and extended late C20. Timber-framed with some wattle-and-daub and brick infilling on rubble base, weatherboarded with a partly corrugated-iron roof and rubble ridge stack.
Two framed bays aligned north/south;
the northern bay is of larger size and sub-divided by a timber partition;
there is a central rubble chimney and also an external rubble chimney with
a detached brick stack on the west side of the south bay. Single storey
and attic. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-
beam trusses with two struts. No doors and windows survive except for the
attic lights in the gable ends.
INTERIOR: the main ceiling beams are stop-chamfered. In the northern bay there is a winder staircase. Large late C20 rendered extension on SE end.
