House. Probably late C17 with later alterations. Sandstone rubble and
timber-frame with plaster infill. Tile roof with sandstone rubble and
brick stacks. Rectangular four-bay plan aligned roughly north/south.
One storey and attic. East elevation has central gabled dormer with 2-light
early C20 casements. Ground floor has three glazing bar casements each late
C20 with two lights. Gabled porch with ledged door to left of centre. Small
projecting wing with gable stack to left-hand side. Frame is generally three
panels high from plinth to wall. Interior inaccessible at time of re-survey,
(February 1987).
