Farmhouse. Mid-C17, extended late C17 with some early C19 and mid-C20
alterations. Timber-frame with rendered infill on a coursed rubble plinth
under a tile roof. North-west front of two storeys, with attic to right
lit by windows in the two timber-framed gables. This portion also jettied
with a rubble stack which has a brick shaft to the right. First floor has
a 3-light casement under a plank weathering to right and a 4-light casement
to left. Ground floor has 4 + 1 windows, mostly single-light casements, that
to right of four lights. Main entrance to rear (south-east) side. Framing:
six square panels high with scroll brackets to the ovolo moulded bressummer
of the jetty. The gables above have two collars and multiple struts.
