House, now bank. Early C17 with some early C18, mid-C19 and late C20
alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill under a tile roof.
Three framed bays aligned east/west with a central rubble stack which has
a brick shaft. West front gabled, of two storeys, possibly jettied originally.
A 2-light casement to the first floor over a moulded cornice across the whole
ground floor with pilasters. Two 3-light shop windows flank a C20 half-glazed
door. Framing of first floor two rectangular panels high. The gable above
has four vertical struts. South wall has close-studding with mid-rail to
