SO 4051 - 4151 WEOBLEY CP MEADOW STREET (south side)

House. C17, with some mid-C19 and late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with
rendered infill under a tile roof. Two framed bays aligned north-west/south-
east, with a lateral stack of brick towards south end of north-east wall.
North-east front of two storeys with attic lit by two casements in the gable.
First floor has a 3-light casement to left and a single-light casement to
right, both under plank weatherings. Ground floor has a continuous lean-to
tiled roof over a square bay to the left, recessed entrance with half-glazed
door, entrance hall to left. Framing: five rectangular panels high with various
applied pieces of C17 carving. Gable-end truss has three struts to the collar
and V-struts in the apex. (RCHM, 3, p 198, no 17).
