Shown as Lower Moccas Cottage on OS.
House. C17, restored late C20. Timber-frame with rendered infill on
a rubble plinth under a machine tile roof. Three framed bays aligned
north/south with rubble stack on north gable. West front of one storey
with attic lit by a gabled dormer. Ground floor has two pairs of single-
light casements, entrance to right-hand corner with C20 glazed porch.
Framing: three square panels high, gable-end truss has collar with struts
below.
