Windmill, now house. Early C19, extended mid-C20. Brick on a coursed
rubble plinth with slate octagonal pyramidal roof. Round tower extended
to south in C20 by a flat-roofed extension. Three storeys with irregular
fenestration of 2-light casements under segmental heads. (Seaby, W A &
Smith, A C: Windmills in Shorpshire, Hereford & Worcester. A Contemporary
Survey, 1983, Stevenage, p 12, 21).
