SO 56 NW BRIMFIELD CP WYSON

4/9 Goodrest

GV II

House. C17, extended C19 with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame
with rendered infill on a rendered plinth with slate roof. Two framed bays
aligned east/west, extended to west, with chimney stack in north-west corner
which has a square-plan brick shaft. Two storeys with three 2-light C20
casements. Ground floor has a pair of 2-light casements to left, and a 2-
light casement to right of centre. Entrance to right-hand corner has a C20
rustic gabled porch with slate roof. C19 single-storey extension to left.
Framing: four square panels high with straight angle braces. Right-hand
gable truss has two struts to the collar and trenched purlins.
