SO 4461 KINGSLAND CP LONGFORD (south side)

13/53 Greycote

GV II

House. Late C17, altered mid-c19, repaired mid-C20. Timber-frame with
roughcast infill and slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west, with
a gable-end stack to west of rubble with brick shaft. North front of one
storey with attic lit by two gabled dormers. Ground floor has three windows,
a 2-light, single-light and a 3-light casement. Window to right has a plank
weathering. Entrance to left of centre has a gabled slated canopy supported
on wooden brackets, a wooden architrave and a ledged and boarded door.
Framing: four square panels high. Gable-end truss has two struts to collar,
and trenched purlins. Included for group value.
