12/70 Barn at Bury Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. C17, with some late C18 alterations and mid-C20 repairs. Timber-frame
with woven infill, weatherboarded, under a corrugated iron roof. Five framed
bays aligned north/south with threshing floor at centre of three northern
bays with full-height double doors. South gable rebuilt in rubble. Framing:
three and four square panels high. The intermediate roof trusses each have
two raking struts. The farmhouse is now known as Lustonbury (qv).
