3/83 Barn about 20 metres
south of
Lodge Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. C17, with some early C19 repairs. Timber with some woven infill,
entirely weatherboarded, on a coursed rubble plinth with slate roof.
Probably five framed bays aligned east/west, with a short return wing
to north at west end. Threshing floor at centre of three western bays
with tall double doors on each side, a further C19 entrance to east of
centre, with a progressively taller plinth to east as ground drops away.
Framing: three square panels high.
