Farmhouse. C17, extended and raised late C18, with some late C20 repairs.
Roughcast timber frame extended in painted brick with slate roof. Main
stack to centre with brick shaft. Road (west) front of two storeys to
left, three to right. Four windows, all glazing bar sashes, the two to
the right under rubbed brick heads. The second floor has two 6-pane
sashes. Ground floor has a French casement to the left and two glazing
bar sashes to right. Two entrances, one to right of left-hand half,
other between the sashes. Both have flat canopies on wooden posts-and
6-panel doors. North gable jettied with a moulded bressummer on scroll
brackets. Interior has some exposed ceiling beams with ovolo mouldings.
