Outbuilding about

Elton Hall

Outbuilding, now office. Mid-C18, restored late C20. Handmade brick and
plain tiled roof with gable-end parapets and kneelers. Small rectangular
single-bay plan. Two storeys with three-course band between storeys.
West front gable end: two ground and first floor single-light leaded casements
with cambered heads. Rear gable end has a 2-light ground floor Gothick
style casement with a cambered head, a 2-light first floor casement with a
cambered head and a C20 Gothick half-glazed door. There are two blind door-
ways with cambered heads on the north side. The building is situated between
Elton Hall (qv) and the Church of St Mary (qv). Included for group value.
