4/15 Sherriff's Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Brick with tiled roof. L-plan with
main range aligned south-west/north-east with former service wing to rear,
central entrance and stairwell, end stacks. Three storeys with dentilled
eaves cornice. Three bays. Central pedimented slightly forward break with
bullseye window in the tympanum. Three-light multi-paned casements with
segmental heads, with narrower windows to central bay; central pedimented
door surround with Ionic pilasters; 6-panelled door with upper two panels
pierced and glazed. Interior retains fine staircase with ramped handrail.
