Marked as Grubb Court on the OS Map.
House. Late C16 or early C17, with C20 alterations. Square panelled timber-
framing with painted brick infill, sandstone rubble plinth and tiled roof.
Two framed bays aligned north/south with rear lateral stack and entrance to
east front. Two storeys. Four-pane casement window to right of panelled
door with late C19 gabled canopy. Interior altered but retains evidence of
timber-framing.
