10/67 Church House



House. C16 with minor alterations. Square panelled timber-framing with
part wattle-and-daub and part painted brick infill on sandstone rubble
plinth; Welsh slate roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south with
entrance to west front; large central stack. Two storeys with upper storey
projecting on moulded bressummer and supported on curved brackets. One 2-
light casement window with partly leaded lights to left and two similar
3-light casement windows to right. Ground floor, leaded 2-light casement
window and one 3-light casement window to left of doorway with segmental
head and ledged door; further C19 doorway with overlight and ledged door
to right. Church House was formerly The Old School.
