GV II

House, now range of three tenements. C17, with mid- to late C19 alterations.
Square panelled timber-framing survives to upper floor, brick refacing and
and underbuilding; Welsh slate roof. Three bays aligned east/west; axial
and end stacks. Two storeys with moulded bressummer above brick underbuilding
possibly indicating former jettied upper floor. Three 2-light casement
windows on first floor and ground floor with one 2-light casement window to
left of glazed door, further glazed door and two 2-light casement windows;
ledged door to right. Included for group value. (RCHM, Vol III, p 166,
item 39).
