Cottage.circa later C17;eaves raised in C18 or c19;altered in c20.
Timber frame with rendered panels and stone rubble plinth.Slate roof
with gabled ends.Axial stack with brick shaft.

2-room plan, larger right hand room, and with axial stack between.

2 storeys. Asymmetrical south east front, 3 windows on first floor and 4 windows on
ground floor. C20 2-light casements .with glazing bars. C20 doors to left of centre
with slated canopy. Similar rear elevation. Large framing with one stud per panel,
the raised front and rear walls have tension braces.

Interior: Both ground floor rooms have chamfered axial beams without stops.
