Cottage. Probably C18, with later alterations and early C20 extension.
Timber-frame with brick infill, Welsh slate roof and sandstone rubble
end stack with brick shaft. Brick C20 extension. Two bays aligned roughly
east/west with extension to north. One storey and attic. South elevation
has two windows to ground floor, mid-C20 casements, the right one with three
lights. Central entry in porch. East gable has extruded stack and attic
casement. Frame is three panels high from cill to wall-plate and the framing
is thin. Interior not inspected.
