Cottage. Probably early C18. Timber-frame with plaster infill. Welsh
slate roof and central brick ridge stack. Rectangular two-bay plan aligned
north-north-west/south-south-east. One storey and attic. West elevation
has two late C20 ground floor glazing bar casements each of three lights.
Central glazed contemporary door. Frame is three square panels high from
cill to wall-plate. East elevation has large flat-roofed mid-C20 extension.
Interior not inspected.
